Paraplan Radio Mix # 52 by DJ KRJUK

BEATS DELIVERY.

Peace!

Paraplan Radio Mix # 51 by Andee Rk's

Few words about the mix.
In this mix i tried to combine a lot of cool old school stuff coming from UK, Detroit and Chicago with some new stuff coming from Detroit and Berlin at best, it's a pretty house mix with a look into techno.
How would you describe music that you are producing?
I like to produce everything, i work more on funky re-edits, house and hip hop when i'm alone in Berlin, cause i really love to take sample from old records. When i'm with JS, we try always to do something new, acid and detroit styles or funky house at best, when we met each other the idea was to produce something more analogue and groovy than the minimal shit of the time.

What was your lovely artist/band in a childhood?
Actually i had a lot, there was a cool radio show in Italy that i used to hear when i was 12-13-14 and the names of the artists most played were: Paul Johnson, Masters At Work (India: what a voice!!!), Daft Punk, Todd Terry, Robert Hood (Floorplan), Groove Armada if i remember good. Then Antony "Shake" Shakir, Jeff Mills, Theo Parrish, Moodymann, Terrence Parker and obviously UR and Mad Mike when i grew up.

Your favourite labels?
UR - Axis - Mahogany - !K7 - Motown - Peacefrog - Dance Mania - Planet E - Restoration - Rush Hour - Riviera

Your advice where to go at Saturday Night in Berlin and Milan. And why?
A typical Saturday Night in Milan: Tunnel Club! the name of the night is "Classic!", a massive soundsystem, there you can not only listen to a lot of international underground guests but also to good resident dj's like Sandiego (Planet E), Lele Sacchi and The Electricalz. Actually, Saturday night in Berlin is not my fav night to go out, but if i have to choose i would prefer something more "underground" or simple like Loftus Hall, a new club in Kreuzkoelln where you can find good music, party atmosphere and quiet good fellas. By the way, if you have to spend a weekend in Berlin, Tresor is really a historical place and Berghain has the best Sound System of course, but there are a lot of places to go to, you just have to enjoy the night and follow the best thing or things you can find in the night.

Curiosity situation from your musical experience?
Once i had to play at Fashion Tv Official Party in a luxurious Villa in Sardinia, the owner was also the owner of the club where i used to play all the summer and he called me at the latest time cause he needed a DJ, he asked me to come directly from another party (1 hour by car), when i was there i realized that i should wait 4-5 hours to play, there weren't even turntables but just cdjs, i drunk a lot with all my friends for free, at the middle of the night i said i had already played, i took my money and nobody recognized the situation cause they were more interested in models than in music, it was just a peaceful logical reaction, the day after i played at his club like usual and just 2 or 3 barman who were also working the night before understood what happened, we had lots of fun.
What to expect from you in the nearest future?
I would like to take part in the Italian Revolution but it looks like it's not the time yet, until the moment is coming, i'm going to work on a new project with my partner JS, something more Old Detroit Style and i'm planning also to realize a visual project.
How you do bass? It depends, 303 or electribe at best.
